Terms of service

Who you buy from

Lumia GB is Gabriela Boaru's business: we program artificial intelligence for businesses — websites, management bots, automations. Below are the rules of the service, in plain words. The actual work, the one you sign, always starts from a written quote that says what, how much and when: if something is not in these terms, it is in the quote.

What we deliver

Three things, and we build them all in-house: fixed-price websites (one-page, landing, restyling); the management bot, activated on your website; custom automations — Instagram messaging (DMs and comments), Gmail, scheduled posts, simple advertising — as a monthly plan or per piece.

The bot and its user guide

The bot is activated on your website: an artificial intelligence that manages it for you. Ask it to change a price, answer a client, take a booking — and it does it, straight away.

The bot is never left at your door without instructions: activation includes the User Guide, a short manual and a diagram that say what to ask it, how to ask, and how to check that it did. The guide is attached to the contract: what you sign and what you take home say the same thing.

Prices and payments

Prices are public in the price list and firm: the same for everyone, no discounts — a deliberate choice, so that all the time goes into the work. One single exception, stated openly in the price list: the first pilot client, who gets the bot activation for free and pilot conditions written in the proposal. For everything else, what you accept in the quote is what you pay: deposit and balance are written there, before we start.

Data: yours and your visitors'

Your visitors' data stays yours: you are the controller, we process it on your behalf and on your instructions, only to run the website and the bot. Where it sits, for how long and how it is deleted is written in the contract. If you need a privacy notice for your website, we prepare it for you.

How we work

Every piece is built in-house: if tomorrow a change is needed, whoever wrote it is still here. We state deadlines in advance and respect them; if a delay is on us, you know as soon as we do. One single point of contact: Gabriela.

What we ask of you

The bot executes your requests: what you ask it to publish or answer is your responsibility, and it must be lawful. The materials you entrust to us (logo, photos, texts) must be yours or duly licensed.

Changes and support

Any extra work is a new quote, clear beforehand. With the bot's monthly plan, support is included as per the contract, with no lock-in. If these terms change, the new version is published here with the updated date.

Law and disputes

The signed contract and Italian law govern everything. If something is not right, first we talk about it: always. Failing agreement, the Court of Reggio Emilia has jurisdiction.
